OLG Embraces Live Casino In New Evolution Gaming Partnership

Why does this matter? Well, since its inception back in 2000, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has been the only regulated online gaming provider in Ontario, so if you wanted to play at a licensed site, the OLG was the only choice.
With online casino regulation approaching at the end of 2021, OLG will face much stiffer competition as new slots sites will start operating legally in the province. OLG Partners With Evolution Gaming
OLG have realised this too, and its partnership with Evolution was announced yesterday (27 October 2021). British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC), and Loto-Québec already have partnerships with Evolution, so although the OLG is only the fourth on the list, its partnership puts it ahead of casino sites that are still waiting for their licensing applications to be approved.
